I started Computer Mentor because too many people feel embarrassed asking for tech help, or end up paying for service that leaves them more confused than when they started. I wanted to do it differently: sit down with you, listen to what's actually going wrong, and walk through the fix together — at a pace that makes sense to you.
I work with folks across the Phoenix area in their homes, and with clients anywhere over video. Whatever the issue, you'll get a clear explanation, an honest answer, and no pressure.

In-home visits are available throughout Phoenix and the surrounding cities in Arizona. If you're outside that area — or outside Arizona entirely — a virtual session is the best option and costs less.
Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm, and Saturdays 6am to 12pm. Closed Sundays.
Most issues are resolved within one session. If more time is needed, you'll be told honestly before continuing — never a surprise bill.
